Using our state of the art dry ageing facilities we dry age all our steak cuts for a longer period, some up to 100 days! These picanaha steaks come from the rump cap muscle, prized in Brazil as the best steak, they cook them treaded onto a sword over a fire, but a good hot pan or the barbecue will do! Aged for 60 days, sold individually vacuum packed.
