Our beef comes from our own farm at Tetford in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, we specialise in English Longhorns, a slow growing native British breed that has a wonderful depth of flavour. We use a small local abattoir, before dry ageing it in our own state of the art coldroom for up to 100 days.
We put hours of dedication into producing all the products that we sell, whether that be the product development of new items of the love and care that goes into the simplest of thing like a sausage, all so you can be assured or the best possible quality and service.
