Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine 225g
Once the traditional Lincolnshire harvest fare; a special
treat. The cured chine, or back, of a pig is stuffed with
layers of chopped parsley and cooked slowly. Eaten cold,
traditionally sprinkled with vinegar and some crusty
farmhouse white bread and butter. We use outdoor bred pork for our chine. After cooking and when cold it is sliced and vacuum packed for your convenience. A Real County Speciality, unique and delicious. Packed in minimum 225g packs.
