Meridian Meats Gold Award Winning Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine.Once the traditional Lincolnshire harvest fare; a special
treat. The cured chine, or back, of a pig is stuffed with
layers of chopped parsley and cooked slowly. Eaten cold,
traditionally sprinkled with vinegar and some crusty
