All the Extra Mature Beef sold through our Online Shop is from Rare and Native Breeds and is hung for at least 21 days. Longhorn and Dexter is reared on our own farm at Tetford whilst Angus and other breeds are produced for us to the highest welfare standards on other selected farms and all offer complete traceability. Your order will be prepared for you according to availability on the day. Should you specifically require your order to be from a particular breed please use the email facility on the 'Order Complete' page at the end of the 'Checkout' to tell us. We will email you if this is likely to cause a delay in supply.
