We are moving a few miles north up the Meridian Line to 108, Eastgate in Louth. Richard Sandy, Family Butcher, occupied these premises until 2nd February when he retired and we acquired the business which his grandfather established in the 1920s. By what can only be described as a fortunate coincidence our new shop is situated beside where the Meridian Line passes through Louth! The Louth shop will be run by Jim and will offer a full range of Lincolnshire Specialities, including our own Award Winning Stuffed Chine, Lincolnshire Sausages, Pork Pies and Haslets. Jim also dry cures our bacon and gammon, both plain and smoked as well as producing an extensive range of hand made ready meals, pies and so forth.
 
We shall be open for business at the shop from Monday 4th February. Opening times will be:
 
                           8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
                           8am-1pm Thursday
                           8am-5pm Friday
                           8am-3.30pm Saturday

Our farm, at Tetford in the Heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds lies on the Greenwich Meridian Line and whilst not registered Organic, all our animals are totally naturally reared producing safe, healthy, traceable meats from British Breeds with a quality and flavour rarely available these days.Rib of Longhorn beef on the bone To achieve the very best flavour, tenderness and succulence all our beef carcasses are hung for a minimum of three weeks. For lamb, the hanging time is at least a week.

Sausage SelectionOur Longhorn Chargrill Beef Burgers have become immensely popular as have our Lamb Sausages, Gloucester Old Spot Pork Sausages, and our own recipe Lincolnshire Sausages made using Rare Breed Pork. We have Local Home Made Cakes, Lincolnshire Honey, Award Winning Local Preserves and Chutneys from Scott’s Fruits, Smoked and Plain Traditionally Dry Cured Bacon, our own Haslets, Pork Pies, Game Pies and Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine, delicious locally produced Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese as well as a number of other terrific local cheeses, Quenby Stilton 'The King of Cheeses' handmade at Quenby Hall, the birthplace of true Stilton, Lincolnshire Plum Breads and much more besides!
 
There are a few items that are not offered through this Online Shop which are only available from the Farm Shop in Tetford because they are unsuitable for mail order delivery (Free Range Eggs for example!) however if you are staying in one of our Holiday Cottages you will be able to shop here in person or have your order delivered to your cottage to be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. You will find this delivery option is available when you proceed to the checkout having selected your purchases.
