Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat! The festive time of year is well and truly upon us, preparations are well underway here, the bacon is curing and soon the beef will be maturing.
We are able to mail out orders for Christmas, but our last day for delivery is Thursday 18th December. We do currently have a stock of beef ribs and turkeys of all sizes, we advise checking our stock level by calling us on 01507603357 before downloading and completing our CHRISTMAS 2014 ORDER FORM. Return it to our Louth shop complete with deposit, no later than Thursday 18th December. Alternatively call us on 01507603357 and you can discuss and place your order over the phone. Please be advised that all orders require a £10 deposit and stock is limited so we advise you place your order as soon as possible.
We are award winning Lincolnshire butchers, based in the historic market town of Louth. As a Q Guild butcher we specialise in traditional British breeds, craft butchery, dry-aging and forgotten cuts. Everything we sell can be traced back to the farm of its origin, and we work very closely with our local suppliers to make sure all our meat is high welfare and non-intensive. As well as purchasing from local farms we also rear a large quantity of our own beef and lamb at our farm in Tetford a mere 9 miles away, which is where our Longhorn beef, that won "Britain's Best Steak" comes from.
We butcher, cure, prepare and bake everything at our shop in Louth, from our "champion" dry cured bacon and award winning sausages to our traditional pork pies and genuine Lincolnshire stuffed chine. Many of our products have won multiple awards locally, nationally and even internationally!
